We started Family Travel Unpacked for one reason: to give other parents the kind of travel advice we wish we had. Not the Pinterest-perfect checklists—but the real stuff. The “what actually worked when our toddler lost their mind mid-boarding” kind of stuff.

Over the years, we’ve taken trips with babies, toddlers, big kids, and everything in between. We’ve cruised, done Disney, stood in TSA lines, and learned that the secret to a smooth trip isn’t magic—it’s preparation, flexibility, and realistic expectations.
